RFQs Out. Quotes Back. You Compare.

Your spec goes in. RFQs go to three suppliers. Quotes arrive compared. You pick.

How it works

You upload your project documents: specs, drawings, schedules. BuildVision reads and extracts equipment. RFQs are drafted and sent to suppliers continuously.

Quotes arrive. You compare them against the spec. BuildVision kept everything organized. You decide.

You approved the specs

  • Equipment extracted from specs
  • Pull-lists and equipment schedules read
  • Quantities and specs captured
  • Manual entry disappears. So do the typos and rework that come with it.

RFQs sent to your suppliers

  • RFQs drafted from extracted equipment
  • Sent to your supplier contacts automatically
  • Response tracking and follow-up built in

Quotes compared. Award recommended.

  • Quotes aligned automatically next to spec
  • Alternates compared against spec requirements
  • Recommended award with reasoning visible
Upload project documents: specs, schedules, addenda
PDF specs, Word schedules, equipment pull-lists. BuildVision reads them all.
Equipment extracted and organized by division, system, and spec section
HVAC, electrical, plumbing organized separately. Quantities, specs, and alternates identified. Everything is structured for RFQs.
RFQs drafted with the right scope for the right vendors
Division-specific RFQs sent to appropriate trade suppliers. Your supplier history and pricing preferences attached automatically.

How it runs

Upload specs Friday at 5pm. By Monday morning, RFQs are sent, two vendor responses are in, and a follow-up is queued for the third.

Partial quotes get flagged. Missing line items get a second request. You see which suppliers responded and which went dark, without chasing emails.

When addenda land mid-bid, the equipment list updates. Affected RFQs get revised and resent. You review the changes, not rebuild the package.

Measured and published

3.3M prompts all-time across 38 production prompts in six stages and fifteen families — tracked at buildvision.io/benchmark. Per-family accuracy publishes Q3 2026 on the same page.
