Every Bid Read Before You Check.

Every bid triaged by the time you check. Win probability scored. Quotes drafted. You review and decide which projects to quote.

How it works

Bids arrive continuously. BuildVision reads documents, extracts equipment, matches your line card, scores engineer history, drafts quotes. You review and decide.

You walk in to see: which bids are a fit, which aren't, why. Draft quotes for the go-bids. You decide what to pursue.

You caught the right bids

  • Every bid scored: go/no-go with win odds
  • Win probability from engineer track record
  • High-probability bids flagged first
  • Uncertain calls come to you for decision

You approve quotes, not type them

  • Equipment extracted from specs and schedules
  • Quote lines from extracted equipment attributes
  • Addenda trigger quote refresh
  • Every item traces to source page

You remember every engineer

  • Engineer patterns logged and scored
  • Your corrections train next pass
  • Memory compounds—your firm gets smarter every bid
  • New reps inherit pattern history
Bid lands in your inbox or plan room
Documents arrive from builders, GCs, and plan rooms continuously.
Documents read, equipment extracted, line card matched
Specs and schedules are parsed. Equipment is identified. Your line card is checked for matches and win probability is scored from that engineer's track record.
You see the score, the BOD match, and the recommended action
Your digest shows which bids matter, which don't, and why. You approve quotes for go-bids. That decision trains the system for next time.

What triage looks like at 8am

Bid landed at 2am. By the time you open your inbox: every package scored go/no-go, BOD matches flagged, draft quotes waiting for bids you should pursue.

Your digest shows win probability per engineer, which projects to skip, and why. You approve picks — no spec reading, no manual line-card lookup.

When that engineer bids again next month, their history is already in the score.

Measured and published

3.3M prompts all-time across 38 production prompts in six stages and fifteen families — tracked at buildvision.io/benchmark. Per-family accuracy publishes Q3 2026 on the same page.

Connects to Outlook and BuildingConnected. Bids arrive automatically; triage runs continuously.

When a bid arrives, you extract equipment from specs and schedules, check your line card, estimate win probability, and triage projects. BuildVision does this automatically. You decide by the time you check.

Specs and equipment schedules are parsed line by line. Each item is checked against your line card for basis-of-design matches. When your product is named as BOD, it's flagged as a priority. Alternates are identified and ranked by win probability from that engineer's track record.

You review the morning digest: which bids matter, which don't, why. You approve the picks. Your decision trains the system for next time.

In pilot deployments, 2.5 hours of manual triage became a 10-minute review. You handle approvals. BuildVision handles the reading, matching, and drafting.
